Guests are requested to carry the below documents

  • Passport

  • 2 copies of a valid ICMR Lab approved Negative RT-PCR report that is not older than 72 hours

  • 2 passport size photos (4 cm x 6 cm), not older than 3 months, taken against a white background


A folder of all the required documents will be handed over to you on your arrival at the Mumbai/Bengaluru Airport as mentioned below

  • Thai Pass

  • Visa Application Form

  • Pre-booked RT-PCR testing receipt at the Phuket International Airport 

  • Onward & Return Travel Tickets

  • Onward Boarding Pass

  • Final Vaccination Certificate Print Out (with the passport number)

  • Confirmed Hotel Booking Receipt

  • Travel Insurance

A Thai Pass is mandatory for all Non-Thai Nationals.

Arrangements for your Thai Pass will be taken care of by us. All guests are required to be fully vaccinated in order to issue a Thai Pass.

Exemptions:

Aged below 6:
Vaccination & RT-PCR test is not required but must travel with a parent/legal guardian. On arrival in Thailand, undergo a Covid-19 test using saliva testing technique

Aged 6 - 11:
Vaccination is not required but must travel with a parent/legal guardian. Present a RT-PCR test result (issued within 72 hours before departure) upon arrival in Thailand

Age 12 - 17: 
Travel alone if vaccinated by 1 dose no less than 14 days before travel. If not vaccinated, must travel with a parent/legal guardian. Present a RT-PCR test result (issued within 72 hours before departure) upon arrival in Thailand

Thai Pass Checklist:

You will be required to share the following documents with the Hospitality Team on WhatsApp/E-mail latest by today i.e 3rd of March (if not shared already)

  • Scanned Passport PDF (valid for more than 6 months) 

  • Final vaccination certificate with two doses of the vaccine linked to your vaccination certificate (steps mentioned below)


Arrangements for the following documents will be taken care of by us and will be handed over to you in a folder at the airport on your onward journey

  • Onward & Return Air tickets (For guests travelling on own, please share your travel tickets with us)

  • Confirmed and paid hotel booking proof

  • Travel & health insurance minimum of USD 50,000 (In case you have an existing travel insurance, please share the soft copy with us)

  • A pre-booked RT-PCR test on arrival

Updation of Indian Passport number with the Vaccination certificate

Step 1: Login to cowin website with your registered phone number

Step 2: Click on raise an issue - click again on raise an issue in the drop down box

Step 3: Click on ‘Add Passport Details to my Vaccination Certificate’

Step 4: Add the mentioned details and click on submit. 

Step 5: Download the new certificate




All guests must have a valid Thailand Visa for entering the country. Arrangements for your Visa on Arrival will be taken care of by us.

Visa on Arrival

Indian passport holders

Guests must have a passport with validity of more than 6 months to enter Thailand using a visa on arrival. Guests will be allowed to stay for 2 weeks in Thailand with this program


Visa on Arrival Requirements:

  • Guests will be required to carry their passport

  • Guests will be required to fill in a visa application form that will be given to be in the folder at the airport

  • Guests will be required to fill an immigration form which will be handed over to you on the charter flight

  • It is also necessary to prove that one has funds of at least 10,000 THB per person and 20,000 THB per family for the stay in Thailand

  • Guests will have to carry 2 passport size photos (4 cm x 6 cm), not older than 3 months, taken against a white background

  • Guests will be required to fill in the valid hotel accommodation address: JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa, 41/12 Moo 3 Khuk Khak, Khao Lak, Takua Pa District, Phang-nga 82220, Thailand

  • Guests must have a confirmed return ticket to show that you are flying out of Thailand within 15 days of entry, as appropriate. Open tickets do not qualify. The tickets will be shared with you closer to the celebration date

  • A visa fee is payable upon entry, arrangements for the same will be made by us

British passport holders

Guests must have a passport with validity of more than 6 months to enter Thailand visa-free and can stay in the country for no more than 30 days

American passport holders

Guests must have a passport with validity of more than 6 months to enter Thailand visa-free and can stay in the country for no more than 30 days

UAE passport holders

Guests must have a passport with validity of more than 6 months to enter Thailand visa-free and can stay in the country for no more than 30 days




Covid Regulations (People travelling from India) 

Pre-arrival

A valid ICMR Lab approved RT-PCR report not older than 72 hours is mandatory for every traveller. Guests are requested to keep 2 hardcopies of the report handy during the travel. You may reach out to the below recommended agencies to book your RT-PCR tests as per your convenience.

Arrival

A pre-booked RT-PCR test will be conducted for all guests arriving at the Phuket International Airport post which hotel transfer arrangements for guests will be made.


If a guest is declared positive, they will be sent to an alternative quarantine hotel, in case of having mild symptoms for a period 7-10 days or until tested negative. In case of  having major symptoms, they will be admitted to the nearest hospital for 7-10 days or until tested negative.


Departure

RT-PCR test will not be required for guests carrying their final vaccination certificate (linked to their passport number) on your return journey. 


For guests under the age of 17 who are not fully vaccinated, please refer to exemptions mentioned for a Thai Pass. We will be organising an RT-PCR test in Phuket for the guests falling in the above category.



In case you have recovered from Covid-19 in the past month, please carry a recovery report from the hospital.
